一种适合中小投资者的股票投资策略

　　针对中小投资者的利益受损问题，相关研究众多，其中既有股票市场制度政策层面的探讨，即顶层设计的研究；又有投资技术技巧层面的分析，即具体投资操作方面的研究。本文试图从对中国股票市场历史数据的整理和分析中，探索出一种适合中小投资者的股票投资策略，将其运用于中国股票市场投资中，从而为中小投资者提供股票投资概率策略和具体操作方案，以期改善中小投资者的投资状况，为中小投资者实现持续盈利提供一定的帮助。

　　Abstract：　There are many related studies on the damage to the interests of minority investors,including the discussion of stock market system and policy,that is,the macro-level research;there is also the level of investment technology and skills,that is,the research on specific investment operation.This paper attempts to explore a stock investment strategy suitable for minority investors from the sorting and analysis of the historical data of China's stock market,and apply it to the investment of China's stock market,so as to provide minority investors with probability strategies and specific operation plans for stock investment,in order to improve their investment status and provide some help for them to achieve sustainable profits.

　　1 、中小投资者股票投资状况

　　1.1 、中小投资者的投资状况不理想

　　虽然中小投资者在中国股票市场中充当重要的角色，但是他们的投资状况并不理想，亏损异常严重。我国股票市场近几年的波动幅度很大，大涨之后又大落，就最近两年来看，由于持续下跌，投资者亏损面较大，特别是中小投资者大多数没有赚到钱。据上交所2010年以来的统计显示，沪市新股上市首日涨幅逐年减小，新股上市后短期内股价跌幅超过上证A股指数。新股上市后30个交易日至70个交易日期间，剔除上证综指涨跌幅影响，股价较首日收盘价的跌幅从6.51%扩大至10.65%。在参与买入的账户中，99.7%是个人账户，且首日买入者多为博取短期收益，这种“追涨”行为加剧了新股炒作，尤其在个股大幅上涨后，追高买入的账户中高达94.7%的亏损。深交所的统计数据显示了同样的结果。新股上市首日买入者主要是个人，10个交易日后超过六成亏损。
